We have found that clients want to know about the background and experience of their attorney. During the course of representation of our clients, we become well-acquainted with them and their legal problems. Let me take this opportunity to tell you about myself.
I grew up in Chicago and graduated from Loyola Academy in Wilmette, Illinois, in 1965. My education continued at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where I received a partial scholarship and graduated with a bachelor of science degree in economics in 1969. While at Xavier, I had the privilege of serving as president of my senior class.
My law school education was at University of Notre Dame, where I received a full scholarship and graduated in 1972. While at Notre Dame Law School, I served as a law clerk and intern in the St. Joseph County Prosecuting Attorney’s office during 1971 and 1972.
Since graduating from law school, I maintain my education through attendance at numerous continuing legal education seminars on a wide variety of subjects. I currently average several days each month in continuing legal education.
